How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 7–12 business days. Production takes 3–5 business days, after which your order is shipped directly to you.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to over 40 countries worldwide.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because production starts shortly after ordering, changes or cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at abcgiftshop24@gmail.com

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will investigate and find the best solution for you.

Are refunds possible?

Because all products are personalized and made to order, we cannot offer refunds. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
