No Refunds on Personalized Items
At The Nice Gift Shop, every product is made to order and fully personalized just for you. Because each item is unique and custom-made based on the details, names, photos, or text you provide, refunds or exchanges are not possible once an order has been placed and production has started.
Please carefully review all personalization details — including spelling, dates, and uploaded images — before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error on our end with the personalization, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at abcgiftshop24@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We take your report seriously and will carefully investigate the situation. Based on our findings, we will work with you to find the best possible solution.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, production has already started and cancellation is no longer possible.
