No Returns on Personalized Products
All products in The Nice Gift Shop are made to order and fully personalized. Because each item is uniquely created for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has started.
This applies to all personalized items including, but not limited to, products with custom names, dates, photos, or messages.
Exceptions
We do make exceptions in the following situations:
- Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or there is a production error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the item and your order number. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
- Wrong item received: If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it at no extra cost.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after ordering, changes or cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at abcgiftshop24@gmail.com if you need to make a change.
Important: Check Your Personalization Details
Please carefully review all personalization details — including spelling, dates, and photo quality — before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
